Return Policy
At Nuo Tech, we value your business and want you to be a satisfied customer. We strive to make our online ordering experience easy so you receive exactly what you want and need. However, should you need to return a product, we make it simple.

To receive credit for your return you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To receive this important identifier, please call our Customer Service Department at (512) 617-6016, or email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Once you receive an RMA, enclose a copy of your original sales receipt with your return and ship to: International Innovations Inc., c/o Nuo Tech, 1108 Vaughn Parkway, Portland, TN 37148.  All returns must be received by our warehouse within 30 calendar days of the original sales receipt.
